It was brought to our attention that two of our employees on campus were possible close contacts of a person with COVID-19 symptoms. We partnered with Northeast Tri County Health District and it was determined that our two employees are not close contacts.
Determining who is a close contact is a task that falls under Northeast Tri County Health District jurisdiction. Tri County contacts individual(s) and follows a Health District and CDC protocol to determine if a person is a close contact or not. The Health District contacts all close contacts and orchestrates whether or not a person is quarantined. If you have questions, further information can be obtained by visiting the following websites: netchd.org; www.doh.wa.gov; or by calling our local COVID-19 call center that can be reached at 509-684-7563 that is available 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. If you have questions, please give us a call.
